Once you have determined and completed the above steps,undertake the following simulated implementation activity.

Assume that the plan has been approved by the management and reached an implementation stage. In a typicalworkplace environment, implementation would be a stepped processand monitored over a long period time. In a classroom environment, implementation will be simulated. For the purpose of this task, the class audience will play the role of the staff. Your trainer/assessor will play the role of the senior manager. You will be required to emulate implementation process by.

  1. Calling and conducting a staff meeting

  1. Communicating requirements for implementing the plan - Actionplan stages

We will set goals and create a list of actions and set a timeline, and monitor the progress. One example: Agenda: tracking social media comments and likes and shares we will send email to social media team and senior manager for implementing the plan.

  1. Seeking feedback on organisational requirements and explaining the procedure for implementation, including resource requirements
