In this exercise we will simulate an operating system process planner again.

Your main objective is to design and implement an operating system process planner based on process priority. More specifically, each of the resources (CPU and Input/Output) should be busy with the highest priority process that requires that resource.

You will have to complete the code in the edu.uoc.mecm.eda.procsim.planners.PriorityPlanner class. The PriorityPlanner class is a specific implementation of the OSPlanner class. Within the class you will find instructions about how the operating system processes are to be managed.

You will have to complete the appropriate methods in the PriorityPlanner class (these include the new abstract methods added to OSPlanner, which need an appropriate implementation in PriorityPlanner). Once you have completed the implementation, you can check their correctness by executing the unit tests contained in the OSSimulator class.
