COVID-19 has had a significant impact on Bangladesh's clothing manufacturing industry. In this dire scenario, the factories are unable to pay their employees' wages. As a result, millions of employees have been sent home without pay. It is sometimes projected that workers would lose their employment as a result of plant closures. Tax refunds, reduced VAT, financial assistance to business owners to pay workers' wages, loan payment rescheduling, and other steps were taken by the government. Despite the fact that these efforts were taken for the benefit of industrial owners, employees continue to be deprived.

Suppose you are working as a leader of a Trade Union in one such factory in this scenario. Explain four steps you would take to help address this situation.
