Contrast the two message techniques using Wilcoxon signed-rank test.

A sample of 10 persons is used to measure the effectiveness of two massage techniques. The effectiveness of the techniques is measured by the number of days that pass by before the subjects feel the need for another massage session. Every person is exposed to both techniques and the number of days before he or she feels the need for another massage session is recorded. The following table represents the data provided by sample.
