For this assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation in which you provide your analysis of the significant components of a Pay-for-Performance system and evaluate the relationships between employee job performance and the reward systems deigned to motivate, engage, and increase employee productivity and job satisfaction. This presentation is being created by you, the HR Manager, for presentation to top leadership within the organization.
Provide your audience with your own input on how to implement such a program in the organization. Include in your presentation two examples of pay for performance programs and assess the key characteristics of these compensation programs. Determine whether employees are influenced by performance evaluation systems that are innovative in providing rewards to employees. Finally, you will provide your recommendation as to which program would be most suited for the organization and why.
