3. Describe any challenges or conflict that happened during the course of this change management process. What conflict management strategies were used to work through these challenges?
4. Describe at least 2 ethical implications of the change. After describing them, describe different approaches that could be taken to resolve these based on the ethics of the individuals involved.
5. Answer whether this change had any international implications and describe them. If the change did not have international implications, describe what about it operating internationally may have made it more challenging.
