To test whether there is a significant association between gender and satisfaction with the new initiative.

An organization is interested in the level satisfaction with a recent initiative to improve job satisfaction, and in particular if there is an association between gender and satisfaction. They survey 350 employees and ask them to rate their satisfaction and to indicate their gender.
