Say there are 800 physicians in NCAL with a FMS specialty and 90 of them felt completely comfortable following a pregnancy through delivery. Suppose the known it 2% of physicians are willing to follow pregnant patients and 2% felt it was not in the best interest of the patient to be followed by none other than an obstetrician. Is there sufficient evidence to conclude that more than 2% of FMS physicians feel confident in following a pregnant patient to term at a = .07  level of significance?

How do I test this hypothesis at the .07 significance level using the p-value method? I need to include the null and alternative hypothesis, alpha value then a conclusion.
