Your new client, 3Pac, has already signed a contract with Big Suge Management. Big Suge is now his personal manager and agent and your client is very worried and wants to get out the contract. Although Big Suge is not a licensed agent in California, he was once a sports agent and feels he knows the ropes. He is charging you 50% to be your manager and agent and an hourly rate of $200 an hour. He also represents another musician, who has already given work that should have gone to you your client. He chose to give them to the other artist because the other artist could demand more money. You are a member of a union in California that regulates agents and you believe that he has violated the union agreement and his duty to you as an artist. He says that you contracted away your rights under the incidental booking exception. You also find out that Big Suge has been using your money for gang activity, although he claims to be putting it back into your account after he does his drug deals.
