Working as a HR manager at a tourism attraction in 2022. The crisis and resulting layoffs have left the remaining employees feeling disengaged and unmotivated when they come to work. Many are showing job withdrawal and work productivity has decreased. Engagement is low. He know increasing motivating factors can increase job satisfaction, so he decide to create a plan. To find four factors of job satisfaction and a method or initiative to increase each factor. The major goal is to increase motivation.
