Choose a topic that fits in the category of talking about how my house was robbed just as our whole family was helping out a restaurant. Like it was a typical Friday and thank god we had a kitchen survellience camera that detected motion detection. That day I was terrified and scared because I've been living in the same house for as little as I remember for 12 years and this had never happened nor did I ever think it was ever gonna happen. This event had sort of changed my life as we were Asians and we lived in a typical neighborhood. What was really shocking was the fact that there was a police station across the street from us and the robbers still managed to rob us and left without being caught. Though this day had a major impact on my life it taught me how to solve problems such as what could have prevented this robbery. We could've installed more surveillance cameras and maybe alarms. I was also able to deal with the case as my family was not completely fluent in English and as the eldest child, I held the responsibility of helping my family to report the case to our House insurance along with filing a police report. I had gained an experience of being able to help my mom out in filing the content valuation report and along with how the process worked early on gaining some business insights like calculating and tax reports and how house insurance works. Fortunately the police arrived earlier, so not many things were stolen but the thieves were able to get away with it. Please connect this event to one of the topics and expand on the details and descriptions to make the audience more immersed in the essay.
