You are learning about different argumentative appeals (pathos, ethos and logos) in Chapter Four. For this Discussion Board, give us either a written excerpt or visual (like advertisement or a picture) example of one of these three appeals and tell us why you consider this example works. Example: You may give a picture of a starving dog in the pound from an advertisement for The Humane Society. This picture would be an example of pathos as it is trying to make the audience care about the condition of this dog and want to help him/her by donating money to The Humane Society.
