You just bought a large fitness center (free weights, machines, cardio equipment etc. etc.) that has a small area dedicated to physical therapy/rehabilitation. You are a personal trainer but are not a licensed physical therapist. You need multiple athletic trainers, a front desk person and custodial staff, all of whom you will supervise, and one physical therapist (PT) who has their own certification and will work unsupervised in the rehabilitation area. The PT would like to pay you a share of his/her billings which you will collect through the business.
