Tiger Airlines claims that at least 80% of its planes arrive at the airport within 8 minutes of the scheduled time.

To investigate the accuracy of this claim a student who is studying statistics, records the amount of time that each plane arrives late. After rounding each time to the nearest minute, she obtains the following frequency table:
