Case Study: Six Flags is opening a park in Australia and is hiring a local team and bringing a crew of students. Professor is to recommend those students to travel to Australia and they would receive a stipend of $10K each for work rendered during two weeks while in location, everything are covered. However, if one of them does not deliver on the expectation will receive a written assessment of their poor performance that would be filed with the (placement office).

Question: should the interest presented by the prospective candidates be an element of assessment to select those prospective workers? i.e. s/he who responds in a timely manner with careful presentation of their message -not messy or hurried as some do, timely and reliable in their response to presented opportunities or just who has "the best grade profile"?
