Question

A 16-year old girl who lost both parents in a car crash is in the guardianship of her grandfather who has a rare, inherited debilitating disease with an onset in 30-40s. Parents were never genetically tested. The girl does not want to go to college rather move abroad and spend inheritance once she turns 18 because she thinks life is short and wants to enjoy her life. Her guardian believes she should be tested to see if she carries the risk of developing this disease so that he can change her mind to go to college and not move abroad.
