To be clear, this topic is NOT about a ban of cellular phone use while driving, but banning the use of holding the phone while driving. The topic is about whether the State of Tennessee should require by law a hands-free device such as a Bluetooth or wired earpiece connected to the phone that comes with all phones when purchased, or other hands-free devices) to be used while talking on a cellular phone. You are to assume you are preparing the report for the public relations department of the American Automobile Association (AAA).

In your discussion guide, simply state that the focus group will be audio recorded.
