You ask about her Lochia; "Oh, it's just like my normal period." As you assess her you find that her uterus is 2 above the umbilicus and deviated left. "I just urinated 15 minutes ago." You do your hourly rounding, you find that Claudia is pale and diaphoretic. Her VS are T 99.2 (Oral), HR 120, R 26, and BP 140/110 and she complains of nausea.
