Should she say nothing and not cheat

Question: Lisa's algebra class has a quiz every other Friday. This is the third time she's been so worried about other matters that she hasn't done quite as well on the quiz as she might have otherwise. What has her upset is the fact that the instructor leaves the room while the students take the quiz, and over half the class is taking the opportunity to cheat. She knows and likes several of the other students in the class, and some of the ones she likes are among those who are cheating.

Lisa knows that a failure to speak to the teacher about the cheating will result in her own grade being lower, since the teacher grades in part on the curve. But if she does say something to the teacher, she will be doing her friends and the others a great harm, since cheating is taken very seriously at the school and can lead to expulsion. If she doesn't "turn in" her classmates, the only other alternative to getting a worse grade than she deserves is to begin cheating herself, something she's never done. Further, if the teacher somehow discovers that Lisa is hiding the cheating of others, she will be considered an accessory to the cheating, and may be reprimanded for not turning others in, since the school operates on an honor system. What should Lisa do? should she cheat? Should she turn in her cheating classmates? Should she say nothing and not cheat?

Be specific in your answer about exactly what Lisa should do. (Remember to use one of the three moral theories acceptable for this test to solve this dilemma. Any discussion of any personal opinion, religious perspective, or theory other than the moral theories acceptable for this test will result in a score of "0" for this question.)
