Sally should proceed with existing pay plans as this plan gives the laborers the adaptability to take a shot at their piece of work as well as allow them to help different specialists when they need it. Sally may acquaint a few incentives with the representatives who help different specialists to finish the task on schedule. The basic pay plan should be a time-based compensation rate. According to research, individuals complete the work on their own when they realize that another person will be paid extra for helping them. So the presentation of incentives will improve profitability and maintain quality by spending little compared to piece-rate pay plan and team-based pay plan.
