In 2006, after a year of trying to promote a public health campaign to reduce public consumption of trans fats in restaurants, the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene saw no change in rate of trans fat usage across the city. Directions: Carefully read the assigned case study and answer the assigned questions for the case.
