Health Care reform is here...was here ...where is it? It took more than 75 years to bring changes ... political bickering...Supreme Court involvement...elections...more elections...more political bickering, and it is still going on! What a long process! This semester, you participated in your own health reform and brought changes a lot faster. Now that you know how easy it can be, how do you think society should handle individual responsibility for health care? Answer question #1 and any two of the policy questions;
Question 1. How has this course affected your fitness and wellness understanding? Do you feel that you know more now than you did at the beginning of the semester? What happened with your fitness plans. Any positives? Any negatives? What results, if any, did you see in your fitness activities? If you already knew a lot about fitness and wellness, did the course reinforce what you knew? What is the most important information you will remember from the course?
Question 2. Should people who do not exercise and eat nutritiously pay more for health insurance? What about people who smoke cigarettes? Should people who exercise and eat nutritiously receive discounts on health insurance?
Question 3. Do you think health care should be free for everyone, including people who do not practice preventive health? Should there be a minimal charge for everyone?
Question 4. Should there be a "health tax" on soft drinks and fast food?
Discuss whether the term "corporate entrepreneurship" an oxymoron? Can corporations-especially large ones-be innovative? Support your answer with examples.
Evaluates the organization's external and internal environments. Includes a people plan and addresses achievement of a diverse workforce
How would you define environmental health? What are at least 4 things you can do to prevent transmission of infectious diseases?
When an employment offer is being presented, what are the key things you look for in accepting the position? Your journal entry must be at least 200 words.
Segment customers based on the service needs of distinct groups and adapt the supply chain to serve these segments profitably - Customize the logistics network to the service requirement and profitability of customer segments.
What types of client problems are best suited for experiential family therapy compared to structural family therapy? Explain.
What is the intended age of the show's audience? How do you know? (Hint: consider narration style, pacing) Use specific examples from the show
How might cultural differences influence communication? How might a provider encourage a reluctant consumer to communicate candidly?
