Introduction. The Problem Analysis should begin with an introduction that "grabs the reader"-a story or narrative, an interesting quote, a staggering fact/statistic, or a question. The Introduction then sets the stage for the project by providing a brief overview of the topic and rationale for the project. It should include a statement of the problem at or near the beginning. After clearly articulating the problem, the introduction should provide sufficient background information so the reader can understand what follows. The Introduction should conclude with your thesis-the overall idea.
Description of the Problem. This section should elaborate on the statement of the problem presented in the introduction. Each paragraph should tackle a different aspect of the problem, thoroughly describing the nature of the problem and your rationale for believing the problem exists. Include supporting information, data, and statistics from peer-reviewed literature or reliable reports.
This problem analysis should focus on the public health problem of elder falls in ALFs and nursing homes, why it's a problem, and how it happens (workforce issues, facility issues, etc.)
This problem necessitates a comprehensive examination, understanding its multifaceted nature, and exploring the factors contributing to its occurrence. This paper will address ALF and Nurse Home Workforce issues, Facility-related challenges, lack of staff training and staff fear of repercussion.
