Freemen walked home drunk was stoped by Davis a cop. Davis offered freemen ride home to sleep off binge.

Freeman said he came from bar lost keys so walked home. Davis got freemen home and helped him inside. Davis saw white powder and pipes in living room . Freemen passed out Davis stayed and called backup.

Searched backyard and house . Roommates came home and called lawyer.

Freeman put in drunk tank and drug tested roommates arrested and drug tested . Charged with gun charges and drug charges.

Freemen girlfriend charged with gun and drug charge it got dropped. How would you rule. Should evidence be thrown out .if any at all.
