Question: For applicants applying for jobs is not always a party. On the other side, consider that as an employer you will most likely reject many more applicants than you ever hire. Only a lucky few, or should I say talented few, with a high probability of success based on your validated selection procedure, will celebrate. You have the potential to upset a great many people.

This week's discussion questions apply to all applicants, but are particularly relevant to the vast majority who will not be selected. Here are the two questions.
