Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant chain headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Currently, Chick- fil-A has over 2,600 restaurants in 47 US states. The company is considering opportunities for future growth by expanding into foreign markets, beginning with Canada. They have expressed to you that they want to continue to retain majority ownership and control as well as pursue a strategy of minimal adaptation, which has worked well in the US.

The company has hired you, an international business expert, to advise them on the following:

1) in which foreign markets would Chick-fil-A most likely be successful;

2) how they should enter those markets (i.e. entry mode);

3) which basic international business strategy should they pursue; and

4) which organizational structure fits with that strategy.

You must explain your answer for each of the four recommendations and the implications as well.
