Buyer and Seller enter a contract for the sale of a farm, which includes all the real property and most, but not all, of the equipment. The written contract has a clause that states that the sale will include all the farm's "trucks, tractors, combines, and other vehicles." At closing, however, a dispute arises over whether two vehicles that were stored at the property at the signing of the contract-a fertilizer spreader and Seller's antique convertible-are included in the sale. Seller refuses to include the two vehicles in the sale stating that "other vehicles" was not meant to include these two vehicles. Buyer insists that the phrase "other vehicles" should be interpreted to include both the fertilizer spreader and the antique convertible.
