Athletes are always looking for any extra edge that they can get on their competition. Because of this, they are extremely susceptible to supplement manufacturers' claims that their products can enhance performance in any number of ways. Ergogenic aids are those products that supposedly enhance performance, although none actually do even though the term itself means 'giving rise to energy.' One such ergogenic aid, for example, is caffeine (which is not energy - it's a drug, a stimulant). choose four or three question from the following to answer to them.
