While parental guidance is typically viewed as beneficial and responsible, there are certain instances of abortion where it is morally justifiable to bypass parental consent for minors.
For example, let's say a minor is sexually abused and becomes pregnant. Both of her parents are pro-life and believe that abortion is almost never morally permissible. As a result, the idea of abortion is rejected and the underage victim unwillingly proceeds with the undesirable pregnancy.
Should the teenager be forced to keep the child conceived by abuse?
Also, it must be considered that this pregnancy may have been conceived by incest from relatives or even one of the parents. Rape in all forms also qualifies for abortions to be performed on minors in cases where obtaining consent will lead to abuse/neglect from their family as an aftermath.
