This helps during the validation phase the most since you can see if a higher authority has made cites for the opinion that is on-point for your research.
2. Ohio Jurisprudence 3d would be considered be used during the background research phase since this work contains the general descriptions to all of the fields contained within Ohio law. Thus this encyclopedia would be a good starting place for one to conduct research on a topic that might relate to a client's case.
