Sheffield is in fierce competition with William selling electrical goods at the local markets. To put his rival out of business, Sheffield prints 1,000 posters falsely alleging William is a criminal previously convicted on numerous fraud charges. He attaches the posters to community notice boards in local shopping centres and public areas. Many of William's customers now refuse to do business with him and he loses much of his profits. Apart from possible misleading/ deceptive conduct what other complaint could William make about Sheffield's conduct?
