An investor is currently estimating the fair value of PT X's shares. The company's sales for the year-end are estimated at IDR 4,000 billion, and an EBIT margin of 35%. The company recorded total assets of IDR 2,500 billion, with a debt ratio of 55%. Debt interest of 10% and corporate tax of 25%. It is also known that the number of outstanding shares is 1 billion shares, and the industry average PER is 10.5.
