Rephrase. SW atteneded a plan of care meeting with family facility staff, PCM and marketing rep. The family shared concerns with the facility concerning aide care at the facility , medications concerning pain managment. family request pain medication administered a half tablet verus hold tablet. Family was 45 minisutes late to the scheduled meeting. Facility Administration explained that guidleines for ALF if and when patient is bedbound and total care the family have options to hire caregiver in addition to paying cst for room and board, family can participate in patient care or family could look at possible Skilled Nursing Facility.
