First Solar (FSLR), an American company specializing in solar panels, is investing aggressively in its capital projects. It has recently announced that it will build its third manufacturing plant in Lake Township, Ohio, which will double the company's manufacturing capacity. Therefore, for the next 5 years, it expects to pay no dividends. However, if everything goes as planned, it will start paying a dividend of $2.00/share in year 6, $3.00/share in year 7, and $4.00/share in year 8. After year 8, its dividend is expected to increase by 10%/year forever. If the required rate of return on First Solar is 12%/year, how much is each share of First Solar currently worth?
