List five or more primary sources you received your sexual health knowledge from. Make sure to have at least one source from each level of Brofenbrenner's model. Then assign percentages to the amount of influence each source had on you. Total needs to be to 100%.

Possible sources: parents, siblings, cousins, friends, romantic partners, school sex ed, doctors/medical professionals, internet (try to specify websites or types of websites), TV, movies, magazines, books, neighbors, stories of celebrities/athletes, CDC, religious institutions, etc.

1. Now think about your sexual health knowledge as a whole. How knowledgeable do you consider yourself and why? How helpful were certain sources compared to others? How did the information you receive (or not receive) impact your current mental models?

2. Now consider yourself as a source of sexual health knowledge for the people around you. What do you think is most important for you to become an effective knowledge communicator on important topics such as this?
