A coworker has recently confided in you about a problem she has been having with your supervisor. She explains that his inappropriate comments and sexual advances are creating a hostile work environment for her. She doesn’t know what her options are. She explains that she has very little money for lawyers and that he has threatened to fire her if she tells anyone. What would you recommend she do? Walk me through the steps from start to finish, briefly touching on all possible outcomes. Are her fears (about the lawyer and firing) justified? Why or why not?
