Address the potential ethical issues that may result from the program or may be experienced by the target population.

Identify the potential for positive social change as a result of implementing the program.

Summarize a completed program evaluation that was conducted by the existing program to share with stakeholders or include a program evaluation of another comparable program.

Identify the current revenue streams of the program (if available). Propose how you will cultivate new streams outside of the grant to benefit the program.
