Ms. heaven was admitted to the ward overnight after arriving to the emergency department. Lady due to severe pain in the abdomen and nausea. heaven is a 29year-old female with no known allergies. Heaven was discharged from hospital three days ago following an emergency appendectomy. heaven reports persistent nausea and is reluctant to eat. She describes her abdominal pain as sharp and localized to the right lower quadrant. heaven writes her pain 7 out of 10 on the numerical pain scale. heaven also mentions feeling hot and lightheaded when attempting to stand and would prefer to rest in bed. Folding your hand over, you complete a set of vital signs for Imli. Vital signs are BP 110 by 70 mmHg, heart rate 98 bpm, respiratory rate 18 bpm, temperature 37.9 degrees Celsius, SpO2 99% on room air. Pain score is 7 out of 10 according to numerical pain scale.
