How do you think its mission statement has focused the organization? How hard was it to find the mission statement? What value do you see the mission statement providing to the organization and how might it be made better, if at all?

Disney's Mission Statement:

"Using our portfolio of brands to differentiate our content, services and consumer products, we seek to develop the most creative, innovative and profitable entertainment experiences and related products in the world."

I think the Disney's mission statement reflects the company's strategic concepts. Disney's mission statement was reasonably easy to find. Their mission statement values have a lot of key terms that sticks out:

• Using our portfolio of brands to differentiate our content; some of their bands are ABC, ESPN, Touchstone Pictures, Marvel, and Lucasfilm just to name a few. 
• Services and consumer products, we seek to develop the most creative; Disney accomplished the services and consumer experience with their theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships.
• Innovative and profitable entertainment experiences; Disney makes about 13 billion per day on all six of their parks.

Disney's mission statement is the template to their success, and it symbolizes the organization.
