About 90% of patients suffering from serious heart attack die within 5 years. In an attempt to reduce the death rate from heart attack, Green Hospital is creating a new form of treatment. Recently, they conducted a study with 150 patients, and, among them, 128 died within 5 years. Type I error is 5%.
