You are planning a series of workshops on health disparities. You have the following budget information:

 The series consists of three one-day workshops that will happen in Jan, Feb and Mar.  The expected number of participants is 100 (assume every participant would participate in all three workshops). The workshops will have 3 speakers in Jan, 3 speakers in Feb, and 2 speakers in Mar, and each would be paid $200 for their talk.  The workshop will be in a hotel function room, which costs $1000 for one day. The photocopying and printing expenses are $200 for each workshop.  Food and refreshment for one workshop day cost $10 per participant.
