Question: Serial dilutions are not only for bacteria. They can be used for any reagent. Suppose that in an experiment, it is necessary to add 0.1 microgram of DNA to a tube.  Suppose that the concentration of DNA you have is 10mg/ml. Describe how you could add 0.1 micrograms to your tube if your pipette cannot pipette a volume smaller that 1 microliter.
