Product Description: The laptop computer has been a staple of the computer industry for the last decade. Portable and functional, there are many different brands and many different competitors in this highly competitive market

Sales Information: Sales over the last two years indicate a relatively flat trend, while the volume of sales remains large, gains in sales have remained largely flat ads more and firms entre this already crowded market.

Cost Information: Costs have remained somewhat steady, although with a general decrease in production costs over the last few years. Innovation and increases in productive capacity have helped reduce the cost to produce the laptop.

Turnover Information: This product has had relatively no change in turnover rates over the past two years. While there has been some 'hot items' that have experienced brief increases in turnover (meaning they sell really fast), intense competition has generally kept the turnover rate at about the same rate.
