This assignment will review data and information flows, and modeling of systems, as they pertain to a firm. Be prepared to give some thought to how systems analysis will be used to manage and to improve management of a firm. Complete the following assignment:

  • Find a questionnaire on the Web that has been created to capture customer information. Please be sure to attach a link to the questionnaire if you are not including it in your response.
