Question

Zak Ahmed is admitted to a unit for semi-independent service users, having been assessed as suitable for this level of care. However, his care team notice his dependency levels are increasing despite his insistence that he is independent. Zak is now refusing care; his family are concerned and are complaining about the care team. This is causing communication difficulties and increased stress not just for those directly involved but for others indirectly too.
