You are the front-line manager of a brick and motor store that sells different kinds of foot wear to the customers. You observed that the new hires at the store are struggling to maintain their sales quota, and experienced employees are not helping them. You want to create a positive work environment for the new and existing employees; existing employees should help new employees and likewise new employees should value the experiences of old employees.

To initiate a cultural change in the store, you have to change the attitudes of experienced employees on how they perceive a “helping role”.
