Open a milk tea shop around 100 square feet in Sha Tin (Hong Kong) with a land area of 35.87 square km, and population of around 630,000 people. If sell for $10 per glass of milk tea to breakeven the sale of 37687 glasses is required in 1 month. And if sell for $20 per glass of milk tea to breakeven the sale of 14279 glasses is required in 1 month. Should we decision which selling price to breakeven? Will it be achievable? Why?
