Seller of goods insists on payment by cashier's check. The buyer of the goods went to Bank and withdrew the $29,000 in payment and had Bank issue a cashier's check payable to the order of the Seller. Buyer then delivered the check to the Seller. The Seller did not timely deliver the goods but promised they would be delivered soon. The buyer then became concerned the Seller was guilty of fraud and demanded the cashier's check. Seller refused. Buyer next demands a stop payment because the money was withdrawn from the bank to pay for the check. What result if buyer sues Bank? Fully support your answer.
