CEO Salil Parekh. Salil Parekh was born in 1965 in a Hindu family and the father’s name is Satish parekh. Salil was graduated in New York as a B Tech engineer. Salil is married and has 3 sons. His hobbies are reading as well as writing the books. He has around 30 years of experience working with well-known organisations. He has worked in companies like Ernst & young, Goldman Sachs, Merill lynch & 25yrs served Cap Gemini and after that he became the Chief Operating officer for Infosys which is India’s biggest IT giant. Parekh served as partner for Ernst & young and in Capgemini he served various roles like he has been the Head of Cloud Infrastructure and also led by being the head of Asia-pacific, North America and United Kingdom. Since he has very good experience in IT sector which made him the strongest candidate to be the CEO for Infosys. Salil Parekh is known for a statement “ Stay calm, Don’t Panic” approach to Leadership.
