Very often people can be prone to self-criticism which has its place in self-monitoring and improving our own performance. However, people can be quite hard on themselves. Positive, productive and constructive feedback can help people develop confidence and personal growth. Please select someone in your class and give them positive feedback about one area that you found worked well in their presentation. One or two sentences will be enough.

Please note that in your career, kind words said to your colleagues go a long way to building goodwill and relationships as does consideration. Recognition and acknowledgment, when others have not noticed someone's contribution, can go a very long way.
